Important Instruction for Approval Process 2012-2013
The process of receiving on-line applications for
establishment of New Institute, Extension of approval, variation in
Intake etc. for the year 2013-14 in now closed. AICTE thanks all
Institutions for successfully participating in the same.
Please note that last date for submission of proposals for AICTE Quality Improvement Schemes 2012-13 is 31st December 2012
As a National Policy, if the Institute is
applying for more than 1 New Course or more than 1 Increase in Division
for a PG course in Computer Science/IT,
AICTE requests you to add one of the following four courses at PG level as a 2nd option
I. CYBER SECURITY
II. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY(INFORMATION
AND CYBER WARFARE)
III. BIO METRICS & CYBER SECURITY
IV. CYBER FORENSICS AND INFORMATION SECURITY

Institutions that were receiving the PG salary grant upto 2007 only need
to fill the form available on the WEB Portal and submit the same to
Member Secretary, 7th floor, Chanderlok Building, Janpath before 10th
June 2012 for a review of the scheme

June 2012 at at "Rang Sharda", K.C. Marg, Bandra Reclamation, Bandra W),

expected to use CMAT Score for admissions into management programs and
comply with the orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 17.03.2011 and 26.03.2011
directing institutions to use the specified tests for the admission of
academic year 2012-13 including CMAT – All India Entrance Examination of
AICTE, in place of State Level Examinations conducted by the respective
state governments

processed only for Extension of approval for 2012 - 2013"

If your Course / University / Institute
or any other entity is not seen in the Drop Down Menu, Intimate the
same on FAX: 011-23724670 on your letterhead and duly signed by Your
Head of the Institute alongwith copy of the EOA letter issued for 2011
- 2012.
